Seville of Tapas 2007

Once again the Seville Hostelry Enterprise Association (S.H.E.A.) is setting in motion “Tapas in Seville” in which a route for tapas and Sevillian gastronomy has been set up by 46 hostelry establishments in Seville and its province as a way of experiencing and promoting our cuisine amongst the Sevillians themselves and our visitors. Said journey is undertaken by means of a gastronomic passport with the idea of promoting the participating establishments and informing of the diversity and richness of our gastronomy.

We hope this iniative interests and encourages you to participate actively in this gastronomic game that we propose. You will not regret it.

The promotion will take place between 12:00 h of 31st Octobre 2007 and 24:00 h of 2nd Dicember 2007 and is applicable at the 46 establishments
affiliated to the Seville Hostelry Enterprise Association and its province and mentioned in this passport.

All the clients of said establishments who are over 18 years old can participate but the personnel who work in the Seville Hostelry Enterprise Association and its province, dealers and employees of the establishments as well as the employees of the organizing entity of the drawer are not allowed to participate

Clients can participate in this promotion by presenting the passport for stamping in each of the 46 establishments after having paid for one consumption (tapa, half a portion/ration or 1 ration).Each establishment can only stamp the passport once per participant. This passport is personal and untransferable.The only passports that are valid are those that contain all the data, properly and truthfully filled in, as well as those that have been expended during the period of promotion.

Participating in the S.H.E.A. TAPAS IN SEVILLE, TAPA AND GASTRONOMY ROUTE 2007 promotion gives the opportunity of entering the draws programmed. Each sheet from the restaurant has four boxes to be filled in by clients and to give points to each of the four recipes which are entered in the competition: INNOVATING RECIPE, CLASSIC RECIPE, DE LUXE RECIPE AND COVAP RECIPE.

The points go from 10 to 1, from better to worse. To take advantage of the promotion the present passport should be sent to the SEVILLE HOSTELRY ENTERPRISE ASSOCIATION AND ITS PROVINCE, Avda. Menéndez y Pelayo, 20-2º, 41004 Sevilla, indicating Tapa Route Promotion on the envelope, between the 3rd and 31st December 2007.The draws for the prizes will be carried out in the A.I.E.S. Offices, with the representation of Inspector del Juego de la Delegación de Gobernación de la Junta de Andalucía. The association will publish a complete list of the winners in an Andalusian newspaper. Nevertheless, the winners will be notified by telephone by the organizing entity of the draw and they will also be published in the web page: www.sevillatapas.com.
